FOOD SAFETY TRAININGS
1. FoSTaC Training:
FSSAI initiated Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) programme on large scale ecosystem for Food Businesses across the food value chain. Objectives of FoSTaC programme is all food businesses having central licences or state licenses should have at least one trained and certified food safety supervisor for every 25 food-handlers or part thereof on all their premises. Persons successfully trained & certified under FoSTaC will be termed as Food Safety Supervisor (FSS). These Food Safety Supervisors in turn will train other food handlers in their premises, to create an ecosystem of trained persons.
OneCert International has been Empanelled as a training partner by FSSAI for carrying out FOSTAC Food Safety Supervisor training all over India.
2. PCQI Training:
A Preventive Controls Qualified Individual means “a qualified individual who has successfully completed training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls at least equivalent to that received under a standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by FDA or is otherwise qualified through job experience to develop and apply a food safety system.” The Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation is a law enacted to ensure safe preparation of food products for human consumption to export in the United States in order to prevent food borne illness. The regulation requires that certain activities be performed by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) who has successfully completed training in the development of Food Safety plan and application of risk-based preventive controls.
The goal is to make the food supply in the USA safe by shifting the focus on Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) from responding to prevention of contamination.
3. Awareness Training
OneCert International conducts open training on food safety concepts, good manufacturing practices, good hygiene practices, and food industry requirements. The training program will help to inform attendees about the importance of food safety in today’s world.
Conducts open training for Grower Group (ICS), Individual Farmers, Handlers (Processor & Traders), etc. as per NPOP (India), USDA-NOP, EU, JAS, COR (Canada), UTZ, Trustea, Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) for certification requirements and labelling requirements. We are not engage in consultancy activities, however essential training provided to the operation regarding organic standards and certification procedure only.
